1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the digital portal located at depotlistripple.forum (the "Site"), or by submitting an architectural brief or sample request, you ("User" or "Client") agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All architectural drawings, 3D spatial renders, photographic works, essays, monographs, typography hierarchies, material specifications, and bespoke code on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Depotlistripple Atelier & Architecture S.A., protected under Italian Copyright Law (Law No. 633/1941), the Berne Convention, and international treaties.

No architectural floorplans or joinery details may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, scraped, or utilized for unauthorized building construction without a formal written license signed by Alessandro Vanezza.
Press citations and academic references are permitted solely when credited clearly to "Depotlistripple Atelier & Architecture S.A." with a functional link back to depotlistripple.forum.

3. Professional Consultations & Non-Binding Inquiries

The submission of an inquiry through our digital concierge interface does not establish a binding architectural contract. Formal engagements commence exclusively upon the mutual execution of an official Contratto di Incarico Professionale specifying scope, professional fees, milestones, and structural warranties.

4. Material Archive & Geological Tolerances

All physical descriptions, chemical densities, Mohs hardness ratings, and photographic representations presented in our Materiality Explorer are provided for aesthetic guidance. Because Roman Travertine, Belgian Blue Stone, and Bog Oak are natural organic materials, inherent variations in veining, coloration, cavity dispersion, and finish patina are natural characteristics and do not constitute structural defects.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Italian and European law, Depotlistripple Atelier & Architecture S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues arising from the use of, or inability to use, the information displayed on this website.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

Users warrant and agree that they shall not:

Deploy automated bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest architectural case study imagery or client portfolio data.
Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the vulnerability of our cloud infrastructure or concierge form endpoints.
Impersonate any individual, aristocratic entity, or architectural firm during the submission of consultation requests.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Milan (Tribunale di Milano), Italy.
